Is Firefox 3.0.3 slowing down internet connection speed???

Today i upgraded to latest version of firefox ver 3.0.3 from 3.0.1 and after i did so web browsing in firefox is horribly slow. i tried loading mylot and it took nealy 3 min's but same page dint even take a minute to load in ie8. so whtas going on. Am i the only one who is facing this problem or is there anyone out there with this same problem. Please share your comments. thank you.

I am not getting that much problem with Firefox 3 it is working normally and with this browser I'm getting advantages it has got more facilities than previous versions of Firefox the speed of Internet connection is same when compared to previous versions of the Firefox I am not getting that much problems.

ya now even my firefox works faster, well it was a problem with an addon, it somehow got corrupted after upgrade, now its working fine... thank you for replying.

Now I use firefox 3.0.3 I think my speed is same before not slow down I'm no problem to use

ya. well i found the problem, it was an addon, which got corrupted some how after upgrade. i removed that addon, well now its back to normal.. thank you for replying.
