On Monday night I ordered 4 gigabytes of ram and a new fan for my computer (it's supposed to move a lot of air around...but still be fairly quiet). Well, they did not arrive today(Saturday), so I called USPS and finally got through to a person. The expected delivery date is Monday I am simultaneously relieved, disappointed and truly annoyed.
Why is this information not available on the tracking page? Why has this thing been within 15 miles of my house since Thursday (Thursday!!!!) and I have not gotten it yet??????? Why don't I see what's going on with the package every step of the way??? At least if that were the case I would have known that there was movement!!!!(The USPS page says that they took delivery (from DHL) on Thursday and that is the last entry) Guh, I am annoyed. I mean seriously, this is the information age, not the lack of information age. Why do we tolerate these shoddy practices? Why should I ever have to talk to an actual person to get information that should be right there on the web page???? The questions abound!
Anyway, who do you think needs to make a serious technology upgrade? Or whatever you feel like ranting about, I don't care, I'm annoyed....

Hi DarkDancer,
These moderm technology is so complicated, I wouldn't know where to start and its so hard to try and get things fix when it goes wrong and youn go round to pillar to post before you can get anything fixed, thats modern technology. Hope everything works out fine for youn and your computer.
