I usually go to sleep between 23.30 and 0.30, depending on when I have to get up.

I still remember the 70s when we go to bed by 8.30 p.m. and wake up before six. Well those were the bad old days but now this damn TV has come even my teenage son sleeps a little before midnight. But why worry, scientists say that six hours of sleep per day is enough as long as you stick to one biological time. I heard that Sir Winston Chruchill used to combine two days together and work, sleeping only every two days.

I think that sleep depends on what you are used to.
I've heard that it is more important that you get up at the same time every day, than to get a certain amount of hours. This is the reason why it is so difficult to get up Monday morning, because everyone sleeps a bit longer in weekends.
