Who else hates lying?

I caught my soon to be ex husband in a lie and it is really pissing me off. He was supposed to have his lawyer draw up an amendment to our separation agreement. He told me before he moved to NY 3 weeks ago that he paid his lawyer to have the paper drawn up and that I will get it with in a week. I never received it. I called him up and told him I didn't get it. He said he would call his lawyer to find out what happened. Ok so another week goes by and still nothing. I decide to call his lawyer myself. The lady at his office told me that my soon to be ex never paid them to draw up an amendment. I call him back and I told him that he lied to me and he said he didn't lie, he really did pay his lawyer and that the lawyer is screwing with him. My stbx then said that he spoke to his lawyer yesterday and that I will get it next week. I don't like liers. i don't know why he would do that. This paper only costs 100 to draw up. Surely he could afford that. There is no reason to lie. He agreed to have it drawn up. Who else hates lying?
