How do you cook a boneless beef sirloin tip roast?

Is there a way to cook it other than as a pot roast? My husband wont eat pot roast so I need a new recipe. Every one I have found is a pot roast. Help!!!

You could fix it with mushrooms. cover the roast with instant onion soup and mushroom and 1 cup of water wrap tight with foil cook in the oven for about 2 to 31.2 hours at 350 degrees. Make a sauce or gravy with the dripping to cover the thinly sliced roast. You could also cover it with Italian seasoning and tomato sauce and roast serve with noodles covered with the sauce from the roast. This is good.

Thanks, both those ideas sound great. Being cooked in liquid, does it still come out with the texture of a pot roast? That's where my husband has the issue, he says he can't breathe while eating it!! HAHAHA -- Strange, but that is what he claims!

I don't think that there is any thing you can do to change the texture of the meat unless it is to cook it in a pressure cooker. Sorry I took so long to answer. My computer decided it didn't like the internet.
