Where do you often watch movies? At home or in the theater?

Hi. I love watching movies in theaters, but the place where I live there are no theaters in the local vicinity. The nearest theater to my place is about 53 kilometers away. So most of the times I do tuck my pillow under me and watch movies with snacks in my hand at home

I prefer watching movie in a movie theatre because it makes you feel that the scene are very realistic as if it happens just infront of you. Sound quality and effects are great because it is supported by surround system. Some movie house also offers 3D movie to make you really feel the scene.

I prefer to watch them at home because if it's boring, you can just walk away and go on the internet or something. In the theater, you spent all the money on that so you better stay there and eat your popcorn. Oh, the popcorn and drinks are mega expensive, too.

I prefer watching movies in theatre.The big screen and sound effects makes it more enjoyable.

I normally watch movies at home because i have 2 kids with nobody to babysit so me and my husband normally stays in and watch movies which is ok because we love to watch movies with the kids and just be by ourselves in the comfort of our own home.

nowadays i prefer to watch movies at home or online to save $$. i prefer to watch at home as i can control the pace of the movie and seat myself in any manner i like and enjoy eating whatever tibbits i can lay my hands on. i find it more enjoyable this way. but i will ocassionally goes to the cinema to catch some movies, esp. those action-packed ones where i can enjoy the better sound system than my own. the last i watched in a theatre was Hulk 2 and i liked it.

I have watched more movies at the theater than I have at home.

I prefer watching at home, actually thats one of my favorite things to do after a long day, curl up on the couch, watch one of my favorite movies and have a nice bowl of popcorn. I do like going to the theater to but don't go too often. I like to go because it means an evening out from the kids, being a stay at home mom, its nice to have a break sometimes.

I mainly watch movies at home. I own a lot of movies, and so does my fiance. So, it's easy to just pick a movie, either one of his or mine, insert in the dvd player or my computer and simply watch, together or alone. It's easier and certainly cheap to do it that way. I find it a lot cozier too.
