You were a fat but now you've lost all the weights ! how ?

I'm fat but not very fat but i don't the fat that in my body right now so i need plans !. Some plan will make me loose this ugly fat !. Not because i'll stop eating bout because something gonna make stop eating ! so what u got ?

(w00t! first responce, lol) well, i did gymnastics, it is verry fun, and makes you loose weight in no time, also it is easy (for me) so u have a better chance of becoming world wide famouse, and eventhough most ppl will say it is a girl sport, it is not, boys can also participate, like me

i turned rom a fat greasy pig-like human, to a skinny, strong, and verry attractive person, really, i looked like a sumo wrestler, and after like 1 year of gymnastics,i turned skinny and strong with many mustles.

I'll have to do some exercise and then I'll do some gymnastics .

well, if you want to be on shape, you do have to make the time in your normal day for at least 30 min exercise.. doesnt matter waht.. running swimming, jumping, soccer . whatever..
rice is not the problem.. the problem is the to much salt and oil people tend to put on it.. salt tends to retain liquids in your body..
also really try to eat as much of vegetables or more of course than meat or fish..
and yes well for overweighted people at start is easy to lose weight.. but later on the shaping is really hard because you really have to be disiplined with what you eat.. ( go away of chocolates.. pizza burguers and bier hehe)

First of all ,to control the diet, eat healthy and eat more fruits, and with appropriate exercise,such as yoga,but bear in mind is that sport should adhere to .I suggest that you go to look at the diet books or consult professional to make a plan.

the problem is that every time i'm on a diet i break the diet ! that's the problem .
