How much water do you drink per day???

Water is an relatively important sources to us and it is one of the main sources to enable our body to survive even thought we didnt eat. Most people are too busy till they forgot to drink more water and get sick easily. So how many bottle of water do you drink per day?? Do you make it a habit that you have to drink at least 2 bottle per day?? Maybe you feel that my topic is abit nonsense but i just take it as a reminder to those people whose saw it on how important the water is to us and remember to drink it often.

I do not drink much water at all. I just drink enough to wash down my morning pills. I do drink fruit juice.

Fruit juice is also kind of water lols. But its more health but plain water is also important do do more ok.

Fruit juice is ok. But i think you need to make drinking plenty of plain water as your habit. It help dilute your blood and cleanse up your kidney.

Hi, I drink 10 glasses of water each day. 5 glasses normal and the other 5 warm.This helps flush out the toxins in my body.

Agreed.. But you're sure drink a lot,huh? I don't count how many I drink everyday but i don't think i drink that much. You're great man, keep it up!

I don't drink enough and must improve on that- I probably only have one bottle a day! I don't think it is nonsense at all, it has reminded me to drink more water...

Yea in a tropical country like where we are living, water is vital especially nowadays when it rains and shines at the same time. This kinda weather often make people sick easily. I can manage to drink 2 bottles as u said. That is still not sufficient as one of my friend drink like 6 bottles per day?

the bottle i mean is like 1.5L. The other respondents says that 8 glasses is needed a day at least but i am not sure.

I drink about 1 gallon per day. I know that you can drink too much water too. It can deplete your body of essential vitamins. But the last time I checked the 1-1 1/2 gallons is sufficient. If I have a day that I dont drink enough I start to feel sluggish and draggy again. I went green also so I don't do the plastic bottles anymore. I bought me a great aluminum water bottle and I love it! Happy mylotting!

for me , i drink whenever i feel the need to or when there is water lying around seriously. i believe in hydrating the body adequately so that i wont feel hungry or thirsty at any point of time. water also quench your thirst and is calorie free unlike soft drinks. i say to all out there, drink more water around 1.5 litre per day if u r a not an active person. for people who exercise , 2 litres and above is a good figure.

Hi! There were times that I would actually forget to drink water! I would always drink tea because I love its taste. Later on, it just dawned upon me that I have to actually drink water. Now, I drink more than 8 glasses of water a day. This helped my urinary system function better. Besides, drinking more water gives me a satiety that makes me eat less. Happy myLotting!

I drink at least 64 oz. per day. If I am outside in the heat it is much more. If I don't drink at least this much water I can feel my muscles get tight and I cramp up a lot.

I really don't drink any water and that is a shame but I just don't like the taste! I tend to drink a lot of tea instead and I suppose this is as good as drinking water. Now, if they came up with the idea of flavoured water then this would be a different matter. I don't feel dehydrated in anyway for not drinking water. I guess I will stick with my current plan! Lots and lots of tea. Andrew

I dont drink water as a habit, only when I like or when I am thirsty that I drink water. I know that one person must drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water per day, but without that interest i cannot drink water. I drink when i want to an extent of atleast six glasses per day, and that too in winter season working in the office i cant drink lots of water at all. I dont even feel thirsty either, I do drink lots of water and juices in the summer, when it is too hot. But then, recently i did made some changes , I am trying to drink water as many glasses as possible whenever I get time and also to drink juices during my lunch break so that i can consume food less then the healthy juices and water.

I drank a lot when I am thirsty, and I really like sweet and cold water, which is bad. As I'm a teacher in elementary school, I need to speak louder, I can easily become thirsty. So, yes, I drank a lot.

Water the main source for life. As we all know that pancha bootha like land, water, fire, air and space. These are must in every human being life. water is not only essential to live the life but also to maintain the stamina which you want indeed for everything. So i request everyone to drink at least 2 bottle as said by snpyvin. To conclude with I ususally take more than two bottle of water only after some health problem. so I advice everyone to take care by drinking water

i drink about 24 ozs minimum a day and perhaps a bit more on most days. i also get alot of water from my fruits and vegetables as i am a vegetarian and that is the bulk of my diet. i drink home brewed iced tea occasionally too but not alot.

i drink a lot of juice in a day. i drink soya juice then orange juice. then green tea and etc. but with plain water. i drink alot too like 8 glass of water i think the most besides the juices and drinks i drink. i love drinking water sepcially right after the meal and sometime in betewen meal cause i feel so satisfied when i drink a lot of water.

no no... I think your question is just as relevant as the others, water is an inexpensive source of life sustenance. You are right , many people often forget that we need to drink at least 8 glasses a day. I'm one of them...so thank you for reminding me...I think I have to get a glass of water now...thanks.

I used to drink 7 to 8 cups of water, i think there is about 1.5L When I play basketball that day, i will drink as many water until i do not fell thristy, haha
