Do you think "Hancock" is a good movie?

Hmm the movie wasn't that bad, but the plot was too ordinary, most of the super-hero movies have similiar plots and that was the case with this one too. I hope if they make a secuel they will think twice about what to write in the script.

Not reallly. I like the acting but like you said, it had a weak script. I left the movie house with a lot of questions in mind. Makes me wonder what happened before. No flashbacks or anything to make people understand how they got to that point. What happened after. Very poor script writing to me. I liked the concept though. A very "human" superhero.

ah my sentiments exactly... i even did a movie review of it... i guess a lot of us did see the lack of development of the script that's why it "failed" to be a blockbuster.
you can read my movie review at the link below... hope people can also comment there. =)

I think you should watch this movie is great. I really enjoyed this movie and will smith was at top of his game yet again in this movie. He has been on a row with making excelent movies as of late. And this movie is for everyone kids and adults but more for adults then kids.

okay i enjoyed this movie. I must admit at first I didn't think it was gonna be that good. it just looked like a "b" movie to me. but then a friend rented it and we watched it and i was very surprised. it was a heck of a lot better than i thought. i truly enjoyed the experience. I must admit the writing could have been better for it. but over all a good ride. Anyone would enjoy it. I was really impressed with Charlene Theorn as well she did her job especially well.
It was different from I Am Legend and I expected it to be. He did well in that as well. Hancock did sort of feel jumpy though. it was wham bamm your here then 30 minutes later your here! The transitions could have been better. If there is a sequel which i doubt there will be. I would watch it being that they do a better job with the writing of course.

i watched Hancock right after I watch ed I am Legend and maybe I expected too much out of Will Smith, although I am a big fan. The storyline line was a original but it wasn't explained very well. all the actors played their parts very well. I would give the movie a 7 out of 10.
