who do you think the best contender among the aspirants

For the past few weeks.. there were aspirant candidates for the presidential election on 2010 created a noise to their own..
Among the candidates who do you think the capability to govern our country...In my own choice I admire Sen. Panfilo Lacson and I support his advocacy.. I think if he is given the chance to govern..I think could make it.. You.. who do you think?
