How do you download youtube, or other streaming videos, from the internet? I hate websites which you put youtube link in and download, and I was using Realplayer Plug-in which was great, but it doesn't work anymore in FF3. Now I'm using DownloadHelper for FF3.
If anyone can show me a fix for the Realplayer Plug-in, please do. Other wise, tell me what you use.

Hi. The Real Player Plug-in still works in Firefox 3. I know what's the problem with yours. Real Player was installed before you upgraded your Firefox 2 to 3 so the plug-in was left behind. I solved it by re-installing Real Player which is not a hassle actually. Then it is now functional. Try it.

I use vixy.net but since i think you don't like those site that you put the link and download i can suggest you use replay a/v demo, get the link and copy paste it in Internet explorer. Use Total Converter to convert.
You can also check you temp internet files folder and get the video and convert it since youtube videos are saved in that temp folder.
for those who like to try vixy.net here is the link:

There's a download accelerator software called Internet Download Manager which speeds up your downloads by downloading the file from various sources at the same time. It can also download flv files. Use this program to download videos. And regarding real player it doesn't work with Firefox but works with Internet Explorer. Use IE to download videos via Real Player.
