Of course water is needed in our daily existence. All living this on earth needs water, it is equally important as air, food. One cannot live for a week without water.

Yes, it probably can. Water is just a liquid medium where reactions can take place 'cause other molecules can flow. So, it is quite possible that some other biochemistry take place to sustain reactions that would make life possible in other liquid medium such as methane or ethane like in Titan (a moon of Saturn), read more in: http://ti.me/a13KEp

Definitely it is NOT possible to live without water. We can survive without foods but not without water because our body needs it for the oxygen supplies and for our brain to work well that is why we feel so bad when we get dehydrated compared to when we get hungry. I can't even last a whole day without water because how am I going to drink? or take a bath? or even wash my clothes? I dreaded the day when all our water supplies dries up. It may seem impossible for now but if we are not going to conserve our resources then I know for sure it will happen.

Life will not be possible without water my dear. Certainly that will not be possible. We can't stand it. Water is very essential in all living things, our body is made up of a large part of water and once we get dehydrated we die immediately, so no way my friend. No water means no life!

Hi yadav8797,
The world cannot survive without water, we need water for our crops and we need water to drink, if we don't have anything to eat we can drink water to keep us alive, so you see water is our saviour.

Water is very essential on human's life cause it gives hydration to our system and flush out wastes from our body. If there will be no water life would not be possible cause well die because of dehydration. Water makes our system function.

I think there's a reason, why some 70% of the earth is water and why some 70% of the body is water. But there are life forms in the universe that require no water (as we know it) at all.

i dont think its possible, we can afford maybe to survive without food but water??i dont think so, its very essential to our body, and not having it for days might make someone dehydrated.
