Not mine in particularly, but my youngest daughter's is close to Thanskgiving and this year is her 16th birthday, and we have been having stress about her birthday party which is the weekend (two days)after Thanksgiving. She wants a party with a lot of food and I LOVE thanksgiving and it's kinda cramping my style; So, perhaps this year, we'll have a party and a nice Thanksgiving.

nope my birthday is not on a holiday, but my daughters is right before halloween, and Hubbys is 2 days after christmas. My birthday is about 1 1/2 weeks before memborial day.

no mine is no where near any holiday. August 3. I am glad too though, I have lots of friends who have Birthdays on holidays and they are forgotten. It is always about the holiday and not their Birthday. I love Birthdays and think they are very special because they belong to you and not the whole world like a holiday does.

My birthday is actually tomorrow (March 6th). lol The only thing that happened on that day was the fall of the Alamo. As a kid my brother use to wake me up in the morning of my birthday yelling "Remember the Alamo". In 1998 I moved to Texas and one of the first things I did was go see the Alamo. Then I e-mailed him and said "been there, done that, shut up". lmao

Yes, my birthday falls on a holiday. Christmas Day. I would like to think that I am lucky since I have an excuse for not throwing a birthday party because everyone is busy celebrating Christmas. My friends jokingly tells me that I'm unlucky because I get only one present for both Christmas and my birthday.
