Do yo advertise in PTC sites???

Hi everyone. 
Most of us here must be working with PTC sites. Every day we do see so many ads in those PTC sites. Some one must have paid for displaying that ad. Do you people pay to display your ad??? Do you think that its useful???
I did that in one site which is a scam. Lol. They didn't pay me. So I just transferred that amount to advertise my blog. I could atleast get page impressions right?? In other cases, I don't do that.

I got paid correctly from a genuine Traffic Exchange site around $15 thr' paypal. So u can try that one. for more info visit my blog.
