I don't use magic potions to lose weight, I just go on a 7 day soup diet, drink 2 gallons of water and walk 2-3 miles a day. The soup that I eat doesn't have any meat in it, but it works wonders, if you have the will power to stick with it for 7 days. Every time I go on this diet I lose 12-17 pounds in 7 days. The soup may not be the best tasting meal, but it does it's job, and it does it fast. The more you eat, the more you lose, and you can also eat. You can eat meat on day 5 and 6. You can eat fruits on day 1 and 2. If you exercise everyday and don't cheat, you can lose 17 pounds or more in 7 days.

Is there a special kind of soup that you drink because some soups are fattening. I just want to know if it would work with any kind.

It isn't healthy, but the most effective weight loss that I've ever done was just stop eating. I think I had a stomach ulcer or something and every time I ate I got sick so I just stopped eating and got teeny tiny. I would give anything to be that small again. A healthy method of weight loss that I used was Tae Bo, seriously, the 8 Minute exercise is awesome and it's so short that you can't make excuses to not do it. I'm currently using SparkPeople.com as a motivator and my new Tony Little Gazelle which makes me feel like I'm not even exercising at all.

Although it isn't the easiest diet to find, SugarBusters has worked for me in the past, and I'm going back to it in the morning because I've regained a bit. Bookstores still have the book, but I don't think they market their own food anymore. It starts out overly scientific, but then the diet itself comes in, and it's actually quite easy. Avoid anything white (flour, sugar, pasta, rice, etc.) and replace those things with their more natural brown versions. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. It doesn't take long at all for the pounds to fall right off!

I personally don't think of myself on a diet , I think of myself eating healthy and making wise choices. No pills , no soup diet.. no weight watchers etc... I eat what ever I want as long as its in my calorie range ( 2,000 per day ) I have so far lost 33 lbs in 4 months and I excersise at least 3 times a week ... I drink water and diet green tea and coffee .. I do not eat anything white, ( bread, rice ,etc) Just my 2 cents Hugs me
