any comment on numenmail???how to cash out my income in my numenmail account?

i've started numenmail (kind of ptc) and reach amount that allow me to cashout..but then..till now i still cant cashout...is it numenmail is a scam website ptc???anyone with exprience in ptc or numenmail..pls tell me..thank you a lot!! :-)
