Do you like comedy movies? Which kind of humour?

Hi
I would like to ask waht kind of comedy you are consider as "funny" for you? For example, I like British humour, sometimes not really can understand everything and it seems silly - but entertaining like Mr. Bean :) I don't like this type like "Scary Movies" since I don't consider any of jokes asa really funny, just stupid.
I recently watched two movies with my boyfriend, one was "Thank you for smoking" and one - Shrek. My enopyed firt one more, my bf- second one. I think I like something more than burping ^^" (still I like Shrek, jsut not the every joke)

I like all kinds of movies. My favorites are the sci-fi or scary movies. But, I also love a good comedy and, an occasional romance. But, if you give me the choice of something scary over something romantic, I will gravitate towards the scary movie first. I will chose to see the horror film before anything else.
My favorite movies are Independence Day, Dogma, The Lake House and Untamed Heart.
Independence Day is Sci-Fi and action adventure. Dogma is action adventure and comedy with a touch of the blood and gore. The Lake House is mostly Romantic with a little bit of comedy but, not much. And, Untamed Heart is a sad love story that made me cry an ocean of tears.

I tend to enjoy a different type of humor. I think my favorites are "Clerks" and "Happy Gilmore". I love Adam Sandler movies. They keep me laughing for the most part.
