Trance fest spain?

I hear the would biggest trance and techno fest is in Spain does anyone know exactly when this is. Also what is the drinking age over there?

Umm, I think that might be in Alicante. An Argentinian girl I met in Andalucia was going there for a big rave/techno festival.
Drinking age in all of the EU is 18.
