I'm curious on who here is into health and wellness
Being healthy means that it's great in order to live out longer for either your spouse, family, kids, etc.
I'm a mom myself to three girls and my goal is to live as healthy as I could each day so then when that one day comes where I would be a great grandma, it's worth it. I am not being healthy all because of them but mainly for me. My tips to all of the people that want to get healthy though, I will give you some ideas.
I personally am against sodas, pops, or whatever you call it and especially towards diet sodas. You know that thing is not even good for pregnant women when it comes to diet sodas?
Halle Berry used to drink that stuff everyday until she got pregnant and ever since stayed away from it. I already knew that thing will kill you too. I personally drink tea, soy milk, some cow's milk, juices, water sometimes. Soups are good too as long as `they are not creamy based kind of soup like clam chowder which I love very much but not good to have everyday.
I am even on a site that pays you to be healthy which is great unlike a lot of places that when you look for information, there is no incentive whatsoever.
I recently read, which in my chinese background and proof for vietnamese background, that we feed fish to babies as early as 5 or 6 months and I just found out that we weren't suppose to feed fish until they were3.
To me, waiting until they were 3 is just not good even though they fishes, depending on which one, have low levels of mercury which is nothing to be concerned about.
I was wondering what is your take on this and if you wanted to get healthy, what do you think you need to do in order to improve the quality of life for yourself? You owe it to yourself and if you have family, they would want what's best for you.
Unfortunately in my situation, my hon is obese and needs to lose weight.

i try to be but I am not really financially able to do alot right now. I am going to be buying wheat flours and brad as much as possible though. Someone on here just said they lost 60 lbs in seven months just by doing this. I think this would be excellent. I would like to be able to do this. I do eat alot of fruits and veggies.

I'm not financially able either but I try to eat right when I can.
I believe that I need to eat more fruits and veggies and having to wait until next month so then I would get some free money on the card to get some groceries.
I avoid pops/sodas, fried foods when I can, sometimes eat some ice cream but not all the time, in place of some of those bad chips with partially hydrogenated something oils, get the ones that are better for you in the long run without that ingredient in it as well as hydrogenated something oils. Those will clog up your heart like there's no tomorrow.
I notice a lot of frozen foods like Hot Pockets here in the states have that ingredient in it especially Weight Watchers products like their ice cream.
I drink green tea everyday like 2 or 3 cups at least.
I eat less of process foods when I can and eating seafood stuff in place of meat is better for you too.
I would want to lose like at least another 10 more pounds as well.
