Microwaves can heat unevenly causing hot spots which could burn the baby's mouth. It is safe enough to use the microwave to heat the food but be sure to stir the food thoroughly or shake the heated milk so the heat is evenly distributed, and always check the temperature before feeding it to the baby.

I would not heat the stuff in the little plastic tubs, but everything else should be fine. You just have to make sure that it is heated through evenly and not too hot for the baby to eat. Otherwise there is no problem with heating up the food in the microwave.
