I was going to say that hadn't happened to me but remembered one. It was a very bad experience and I'm ashamed to say that I haven't forgiven that person, she was and is a very horrible person that will be judged harshly, perhaps, in the afterlife.

I dont think that has actually happened to me recently. I think that the issue may have happend to me soemtime in the past. It is hard to find a true friend when you do you should hang on to them for dear life. I think the best thing is to have people all be friendly but it doesnt always happen unfortunately.

I've been very lucky with my friends - probably because I'm a very suspicious person, and don't make friends easily. I have lots of acquaintances - people I've worked with, and people I know because they are parents of my children's friends - but I can count my true friends on my fingers, and I trust and respect them because they've earned that trust and respect. It would be devastating for someone you considered a friend to betray you or let you down.

Hi mommamusic, Sometimes ppeople are not so honest with you I have lots of friends but I really have three friends tha I can really trust, although I don't see then that often we meet up once in a while but they are always on the other end of the phone when I need them. You should get in touch with your friend and talk to her or just forget about it and just be friendly next you see your friend, but please don't be too upset. Its not worth it. Love and Hugs. Tamara

Been there. I had a friend who I thought was really honest with me. We've know each other for 19 years. I always knew she was a drama person and liked to talk but she was always straight with me, confided in me. Now I find out she has been less than honest and that hurt some other people. Well I was really disappointed and now I keep some space between us because NOW I know I'm just like everybody else to her.

i have many friends with whom i can hang out i can do anything with them ....they can hurt me and i can hurt them ...they are my true friends they must be approx 10

I've had people who are your friends while you have something they want. Lucky for me not all of my friends are like that.
