I need some help with a Blog that I have

Hi . I have a blog on Blogspot : http://www.uploads-center.blogspot.com/ . But if u can see ! the menu on the left is a mess . So i want to put things in the correct place ! that what i don't know . And if u scroll download you'll see a sign ! i wanted it to be in the top of the page, but as u can see it's down the page ! . And many other things Like If i want to put files in it's correct place like i've seen in other Blog ! they put the catorgies on the Right of the page, For Example : Games ( 54 ) Movies ( 73 ) Apps ( 242 ) So how ! i really need your help . And If u can handle some site that have lessons about Blogspot and how to mange your blog . And Many thanx .
