well not only them but other MLM's and traffic exchanges and affilaites that lure peole into thinking they can make fast,easy,big cash online....the reality is manually posting in forums and trading links with other webmasters is the best way for traffic! and no it's not FREE for either...as time is money! Sure, that is fine. The thing is, if you want to get responses, you need to post in topic appropriate areas. This one, for example should go under life, or something like that. As far as selling your art, that is fine, as well. It is just against the my lot guidelines to post your website as a tag line in your discussions. You can post it on your profile, they provide a place for it there. By the way, don't be so defensive. I am just trying to help you, here.
