Do you like surprise endings in movies? Which movie in your opinion had the best surprise ending? (don't spoil the ending for everyone else! just name the movie please)

Thats a good question. I know I ahve seen some that had good surprise endings but I cant think if any right now. I seriously ahve been wracking my brains and I just cant think of one. Oh well, maybe I will think of one later. Oh actually, I think I just thought of one. The Mist had a surprise ending. I dont know if the best but it did.

Well, it depends on the endings. I HATE endings like "The Mist" because it gives you a feeling of hopelessness and you just want to yell in anger he he he...
But I LOVE surprising ending like in The Sixth Sense or The Eye. :-))))

I think that suprise endings are the best. I love to watch a movie and think something else, and then it hits. Most of the time though the movies that I watch are pretty predicatable. However, 21 the new one that came out it had a suprise ending, and I really liked it. If you haven't seen it yet, i would definately recommend it.
See some of the movies though are great in their own without the Suprise ending. Like Jumper for instance. Great movie throughout the entire thing, the ending makes it even greater, although it is kind of a surprise, it's not one that will make your jaw drop. I enjoy action packed movies all around, if they have a surprise ending, then i'm definately gonna watch it very closely to try to figure it out lol. Great discussion.

I love surprise endings. It's awesome when you think you have it all figured out and then...bam! they hit you with something totally out of the blue and you start freaking out. I can think of two movies that I watched that the ending caught me completely off guard...The Village and The Sixth Sense. Just didn't see it coming.
