Dose any body have a way to play xbox 360 games that are region locked

hello i want to buy xbox 360 NTSC/us but the problem is im going to miss allot of other games that are region locked to other type of xbox 360 consoles like pal or NTSC/J. this is a very big limitation for the xbox 360 and a big disadvantage thats really sucks. this limitation is not accruing in the ps3( at least for games) so pleas; isn't there a mod chip or a hack that will let locked games work on all kind of xbox 360 consols.
