Is B-U-X.net a scam ?

Hi . Every time i got to the Cashout they say that it's not available so are they a SCAM ?

I got paid last night just keep trying. The forum said admin will pay when online. I guess they r buried from the delays. So when the admin gets online he pays and you get it right away. It's kinda dumb but they are paying. Maybe they are doing this to actually speed things up until they can figure out a better way.

Well i haven't reach the payout it but i just was scared that they might not pay so why wasting time . Thanx for the positive response /
