warm or cool, which do you like to sleep in?

i like for the room to be real cool & have alot of cver to get under. can't sleep where it's hot.don't have a other half so i can do as i please.lol

I wish my other half liked the temperature the same as me! That would be heaven! My room gets very hot during the night so we turn the air down quite low at night, around 72 or so. (I live in Florida on a side note.) Often times my boyfriend is still hot so he'll get up and turn the air down lower and then come back to bed. My body then starts to notice and I get soooo cold and I snuggle up in the blankets as best as I can while he still sleeps without any! It drives me nuts!! It's starting to cool down though at night so I'm hoping to open the window a little bit more so we won't have to have the air on as much. It will definitely save on the electricity bill!

I like it cooler. We always leave the window open when we go to bed. I like to cover up with a blanket when I sleep and if it's too warm, I can't do that. So we keep the window open so I can curl up in my blanket.

hi dear mom4kids, we are like in a climate where it is rather hot in summer and very cold i winter!! so we need to put on the ac in summers for maintaining the temp. at @22 c, bringing it down from the peak level of @45 or so. while in winters we need to upgrade it from near zero levels to the comfortable level !!

I am a person who likes to be wrapped up in blankets, so it has to be on the cool side, so i don't burn up under the blanket. I do find it easier to fall asleep when its cold then when its warm.

i would rather it be cooler when i sleep. sometimes i will put the fan on me to make it cool so that i can snuggle under the blankets. i would rather be cool than warm- if you get cold you can always add more blankets, but if you get too hot there isn't much you can do, short of stripping all your clothes off, and even then you may still be warm! lol my husband likes it to be warmer when he sleeps. so if i put the fan on i have to make sure it is only pointed right at my side. but he is good- if i want a window open or something he doesn't care- he usually lets me do whatever makes me more comfy. :)

I perfer sleeping in a cool enviroment I love to just get underneath my covers and just snuggle up its so much easier then to sleep in very warm weather since I feel uncomfortible without sleeping with my blanket lol.
