Music has a way of reaching folks that words don't. Bob Marley is one of the messengers. I have enjoyed his music for years and "Buffalo Soldier" was one of the first songs I have enjoyed from him as well. "Is this Love" and "Lively Up Yourself" will probably be my favs as well.

There's no denying his talent. I wouldn't call myself a reggae fan either, and yet, every time I hear him again, I can't help but feel all warm and fuzzy from it. I went to Hawaii many years ago and discovered they had an entire Bob Marley station! All Marley, all the time. That's dedication! But seriously, what is it about his music that makes people feel so happy? Why is it such great party/chill music? It's fascinating.

oh I am such a fan. I love his songs, you can see the struggle of their kind when you listen well. I am so into reggae. One of my top on his songs is Redemption song and waiting in vain in my case my hubby is the one that is not so fond of his music

I like a lot the songs of Bob Marley. The one that is entitled "Redemption Song" i like the meaning of this song. The tune and the beat is very unique and of course if you are listening to it you will feel more relax. Reggae is a genre of music that is very unfamiliar to all people before but Bob Marley knew it before that the time will come that his music will be recognize by the people who love it. i like all his music and also his personality as a nature lover, I remember once when Paul McCartney meet Manong Marley(that's what I call him) he said to Manong Marley "I smell the essence of life when I meet you"! Very nice..

I'm a big bob marley fan!!!! If you listen to his song you feel like you're on a beach or something! And by the way he's the father of reggae music. He started it all or rather popularized it. But if you listen carefull to his songs' lyrics. You can see that most of his songs are very political. Actually he revolutionized song writing and the music world itself. That's why he's a legend

Who doesn't love Bob Marley's music? Even if you aren't fan of reggae you have to feel something when listening to his music. He sang with such spirit and conviction I can't imagine anyone disliking his stuff. Legend is one of my all time favorite albums (and I'm not much of a reggae fan outside of Bob and maybe MAjek Fashek).
