while driving do you keep both feet busy

i think it is a must mate ;)
one foot for the clutch and the other for speed & brakes as you can do one action with them at a time while you need the clutch in both cases ;)

you can have an automatic car if you want to getrid of this habbit ;)
but with a normal car i think it is imposible!

I think that's fine. It's always best to be ready when you need to shift up or down especially when you're trying to control your speed. Also, a lot things happen unexpectedly on the road and you need to be able to react as soon as possible. Having that habit could prevent engine chugs and you'd have more control. After years of driving, I still have my left foot ready on the clutch pedal. I tend to shift a lot.
