yeah! in fact, i make it a point that i play badminton when i have spare time. it's fun and at the same time, you lose a lot of calories. it's like benefiting from something you truly love and enjoy doing.

Of course it does, anything to do with physical activity in my eyes guarantees losing weight. Obviously some more than others, but Badminton is definetely up there in the rankings if you want to lose alot of weight. Apart from that, you'll have alot of fun in playing it, because it's a very fun sport.

Yes sure I do agree that badminton is one of the super sport that anyone who is wishing to be healthy and active can choose. It needs lot of skills and strength to play badminton. Different from other sports for instance cricket, badminton is game involving 10 to 15 minutes, and we can choose this as a regular exercise.
