Do you believe that the more frequent you eat at fastfoods the higher the chance of increasing your bad cholesterol level?

I visited fast food restaurants a lot when I was in D.C. recently, and I do think they are bad for your cholesterol level. In fact, I know they are. I'm a health educator and you can't ignore the data. The key to fast food (which everyone enjoys including myself) is moderation as it is with everything else. It's not that you can never eat a big mac again. It's that you should try to limit yourself to one every two months or so as a treat.

Hi, cristine3276. Yes, this is correct of what you are saying. Eating at many fast food joints can cause an huge impact on ones health. These foods are cooked in a high level concentration of oil. So, it is best to avoid eating as these places constantly.

Yes, i actually agree with your statement. Most of fast food restaurant doesn't care much about the calories of the food that they sell. More important for them is the product are marketable and people love it. Customer also doesn't think much about the cholesterol which build-in with the food. Most important for them is the food must be very tasty and worth with their money. In my opinion, there will be going a revolution on fast food industries this coming years where by there will be more care about health and environment. They will try to promote food without using much oil, less salt, more to original taste without coloring or artificial ingredient. Kenny rogers roasters one of the example. Vegetarian restaurant also will change their style of marketing their product - to be more marketable and promote healthy food.

frankly yes eating out in fast foods increases your cholesterol level because the amount of oil the food contains so we tend to accumulate this lipid content this is also because of the mode of the life style i.e., decreased physical exercise so your metabolism level decreases increase in cholesterol level leads to various problems majorly atherosclerosis but i still eat ,not a freaky about it anyways

Ya, it true, eat more frequent for fast foods will increasing our bad cholesterol. But when people know that, they still love fast foods, one way because of working, we always buy fast foods as our breakfast, and when we busy for working, we also order the fast foods, it is more easy to easy and fast.

I think like most things in life when you have it now and then it wont hurt. But when you binge on one type of food and miss out of your 5 a day fruits and veg and dont exercise then yes your cholesterol level will rise
