Hello Friends..........you all will glad to know that now you can lose upto 3 kg jst in a week by doing very simples things.....Now it has been proven you can lose your weight upto 3 kg per week..I have tested this over myself...But there is only one condition...You have to follow all the rules very strictly..You have to put controls over your eating habits....I am giving you the routine for a week...If you follow it strictly then blieave me definetely you can lose your weight upto 3 kgs..
On monday- avoid green items means all the green vegetables and all that..
On tuesay- avoid sweets...
On wednesday- avoid milk
On thursday- avoid oil.
On fiday- avoid sour things.
On saturday- avoid oily things.
on sunday- avoid salt.
Only avoid this 7 simple rules and you can lose 3 kgs per week...But along with that for better result drink atleast 8 glass of water a day and if possible then have some workouts..Itvil help you to reduce fat of your body...After somedays See the difference you vil come to look slim...and better than before..Just try this and njy..!!!!

I think it is only exercise and workouts that help.......you have to move your body, you have to sweat , only then we loose weight. so I think those who cannot do anything, they should atleast go for regular walks and stop eating after 6 pm. Doing this on regular bases will surely be helpful.
