What one incident would make you sleepless at night?

I'm thinking about the answer to this. If it were me, I would toss and turn at night if tomorrow is the day that I die.

Since I am restless every night that I sleep. I will have to say pain. I have a lower back injury which keeps me up alot of the time. I hate that I am not getting normal sleeping hours but what can you do. I guess 2 - 3 hours a night is better than nothing.
