I think the range for the answer for this question is too wide. What do you mean by leader and follower? And what do you mean by standing out or blending in, because it was something that too common. But well... I would try to answer your question based on my understanding.
Because I consider myself as an individual who works on my own, I think I am neither leader nor follower, or I could be both. I lead myself with my own principal and my own way of life, I follow my instinct and my lead, that's how I became a leader and a follower for myself. And because I am an individualist, I didn't really care if I am standing out from the crowd or blending in the group. I became my own trendsetter, pick my own line, and become myself without worrying about what people said. But I don't need to be different all the time. If what I have can make me blend to the group, I wouldn't mind blending in with people who have the same interest with me.
So who am I? :) I am still finding out

I think you understood my questions extremely well. Your answer is absolutely GREAT! You, are simply you and no one else. And, I like your last bit: "So who am I? :) I am still finding out" I think that's really true for all of us. Thanks for sharing :)

I, too, enjoy discussions such as this one. I guess that's why I asked the question. I always tell people that "I'm still learning (about life)". I really don't think I'll ever stop learning....

Thanks I like having discussions about life like this, I just said what I had in my mind :) Thank you for complimenting me like that, I think I am just trying my best to satisfy your question. I hope it would help you to answer your question about 'who you are' so you can find your true self. Good luck finding out :)

Interesting...so I guess you aren't the "blend in with the crowd" kind of guy :)

I am a leader who stands out. I don't need a crowd to lead, I'm happy to be on my own, but I do not follow anyone. I don't necessarily have to lead (like I said I do well on my own) but when I am in a group situation I make a better leader than a follower.

So...."dictator" isn't one of you ambitions, eh? lol I think it's good to be a leader but for me, sometimes I don't mind letting others lead.

I am definately a leader especially when I think something wrong is being done - I have to stand up for the little guy!

I am definitely a leader when I need to be but I can also follow if the situation arises. It just depends on the circumstances.

That's pretty much the way I feel about myself. Sometimes it is better to let someone else "take over".
