Do you drink deaffeinated or regular coffee? I think its the caffeine that's bad for you. You can however become dependent on it so stopping it altogether wouldn't be real healthy either.

I think its deended on individuals and there's no standard reactions that will effect the coffee drinker. I am a very heavy coffee drinker as well and for me if am really tired even coffee can't stop me for asleep...The most I can was I used to take those high quality coffee bean which for me I think its at least more to pure coffee...most of the thing might not harm our body if it didn't mixed.

yes, it ruins your sleep patterns, headaches, affects your sense of taste, makes your breath smell and causes water retention and kidney problems. It can even cause you to put on weight. You shouldn't drink more than 1 cup a day.
If you need to keep awake or use your brain more effectively for a short period, coffee is the one tho'.
I love it and drink far too much

Coffee tastes terrible, and people get addicted. Try Snapple or some other tea instead.
