If you could create one law what would it be?

My law would be that child molesters and rapist should be made to were they can never be able to harm a person again. NO second chances. In some cases I think that castration is a perfectly legit punishment. I think that people who do things like molest a child, or rape a person are sick, and should be punished severly. Well let me lighten this up... If you could create one law what would it be? Why would you create that law? Please share ideas freely.

If I could create one law it would be similar to what you
already suggested but it would be if you kill or severely
hurt someone like rape you get a punishment to fit the
crime. If you kill someone you should be killed in the
same way you killed the person meaning if you shot them
you will be shot. If you stabbed them, you get stabbed.
If you tortured them you get tortured in the same way.
If you are a male rapist you get castrated. In other words,
may the punishment truly fit the crime. A definite eye
for an eye, tooth for a tooth. Justice for Justice!

I think I like the law you made but i'll just add. the law should be for ALL criminals. Specially those who kidnap people and kill. I even believe the law should be firm. No excuses. they should learn their lessons. In fact, if they killed, they should pay for it dearly.
