Ipcommunity minimum payout

Dear friends i may not be correct but i think ipcommunity's minimum payout was 42 while launching,now it suddenly goes up to $10,these ptc sites are keep changing rules to avoid payment,genuine PTC have always fixed rules.

Hi Satyakam, You know that IPcommunity is owned by the same person who run Post2Riches right? They'll probably do exactly what they did with Post2riches. Did they pay yout there? That'll be the last site I would probably join. Goodluck anyway.

Ya i knew this thing ,and i'm sure it will be included in the scam lists.I joined as the payout was low but when my earning became 41.5 i saw payout changed suddenly .

Ipcommunity is a new site, isnt? I guess there might many members sign up so the owner change the payout urgently. Sometimes low payout is only a trick to attract new member to sign up,then once they got many members then they will rise the payout up. I haven't joined this site yet. I prefer to join the site with new owner later coz wanna see the performance first.

You are right this is the business tactics to attract users and increase revenues and traffics,this type of site owner will never pay any body.
