Can we trust BUXNET even if they are back

Hi,
Users of buxnet would have been as happy as Iam.But it is short lived.They have changed the payout from 5 to 10$.I was nearing 5 at 4.88 before they left for a quite a some time..Can we trust this site.After doing for a month if they again go missing what will be our state.

When Bux.net first opened the first payout was at $5, then the second was at $10 and it increased each time by $5.
I had been paid twice before they went missing. Now I can request but they have changed the way you request - you can only request when the admin is online! 
- which is pratically never! 
I hope this is only because they are busy getting their other sites back up and if this is not the case then it's a huge disappontment.
