how did you make your parents proud of you?

Eversince when i was young, i wanted my parents to be proud of me. I did all my best to excel on what i have done in order for them to say that they are proud of me. Sometimes, i'm afraid to disaapoint them. I remember when i was in my grade school, i had joined a contest and unfortunately i didn't made it to the finals. What i did was i never told them that i joined a contest coz' i know they will be disappointed.
But now that i am working in a private establishment, i am sure that they were proud of me coz' i can stand now with my own. i can buy what i want now.
Did you make your parents proud? how?...hope to hear from you guys....

Earlier I studied only for the reason to make my parents proud and happy...but now I know that my parents will be proud to see me as an independent and a good human being...So now I don't try too hard to make them proud of me...Theyare proud of my personality not my success so i try to to be muself always and give them every bit of love and respect i can...

definitely your parents are proud of you. I salute your parents to brought you to a better person. I believe you on what you have said awhile ago that parents would be more prouder if they could see their children grew up a better persons. A person with good morals and values. im so proud of you too. hapyy mylotting!

I always wanted to have my parents proud of me. Since grade school, I always tried my best to get good grades. Even though I haven't heard them say that they are proud of me, I know that they are. They don't need to tell me because I feel it. Until I graduated college and had my own job, the idea of having my parents proud is always at the back of my mind. They will always be my inspiration. Everything that I do, they are always a part of it. And I am happy to know just recently from them when they were having a discussion with a family friend, how glad they are for having children like us. That statement really made me happy and proud.

to make my parents proud, i made sure i did well in school. but as i grew up and matured, i realized that even with small things, they become proud of you. you don't have to do the impossible just for them to be proud of you. parents are proud of their children the way they are.

Every person would surely want their parents to be proud of them. Sometimes because of their frustration to please their meticulous parents and he/she won't be able to reach her parents standards, he/she switched into a bad person.
I pleased my parents by doing what they want. They want me to finish my studies, i did it. They want me to pass the licensure exam, I did it. The greatest achievement so far that I have done to please my parents is being one of the top 20 in the May 2998 Licensure Examination for teachers where I gained 86.40%. I know my parents are so proud of me and I thank God that he also answers all my prayers.
