it would not change my life now but the money could come in handy. it really depends on where i spend this money. i now shuttle between singapore and china and the standard of living is very different. singapore is so much higher which is why i decided to start my family in china. what i earn in singapore, i can spent them in china and could enjoy a higher standard of living. for eg, this money could not buy me car in singapore but i could get myself a small sedan in china with this money. if i have this money now, i would invest them soon. of course not immediate but once the economy drop off further, i believed it is a good time for us to pick up some stocks as long term investment as there are still good values in some stocks indirectly affected by the recent financial crisis worldwide.

NO, I'm sure it wouldn't change my life at all! I must admit that it would help a big time, to make some things happen that I would like, but it wouldn't really change my life..I'd still have the same problems, and have the same friends. If we would been talking about an bigger amount, like 100,000 dollars, then that would change my life I guess, because with that amount, you could really DO something..But 10,000 dollars..If I wanted to make the things happen that I said earlier, it would be all gone in just a single day..
