Do you agree with this statement? Are humans all like that? Why? What is your opinion?I shall start first...
To me, not all humans are like that. It must depend on their upbringing; the information they receive when they are young up til now, their culture; what is considered socially acceptable to the person, and living conditions; whether his habitat is so constantly void of pleasure that pain is normal to the person.
Humans have this kind of mentality because of the spread of monotheistic religions. They have the ideals of a heaven encased in their mindset. So therefore, to like to feel pain is socially unacceptable to most people on the planet, because it is "satanic" and "torturous".
Please feel free to build on this discussion and add on your own opinions. Having religions views would be fantastic and make this discussion more fruitful.

yes humans expect pleasure and do not like to feel pain,
and i find nothing bad in it,
the bad thing is that one should not feel bad if his expectations doesnt come true,
be satisfied with what you have.
