diet suggestions!!!?

try to do this everyday!!!
5am take ur coffee, 5:15am jogging with ur friend,
6:15 prepare your self to go to office.
dont eat rice, meat, chocolate, ice cream or any sweets.
if possible eat apple if youre hungry.
i try this already, i loss 2pounds a week!

Thank you so much for the advice , I have tried many times to loose weight , yet I end up gaining more than loosing **shakes head** I soo agree with the coffee more coffee please :D welcome to mylot !
