Some people are too conscious of gaining weight that they monitor everything they eat. Are you one of these kind of people? I do. I'm a vegetarian and I always fear having have too much cholesterol when I eat meat, so I always avoid meat. If you are like me, do you worry about everything you eat?

i'm horizontally challenged and i got this from my mother. i'm slim and i don't get fat although i've always wanted to at least gain some weight & have some fats. so because of this i'm not conscious at all with what i eat. but i still do remind myself that i should not abuse my health. i eat a lot of carbs -- potatoes, rice, etc.. but still i can't tell the difference whether i gained weight or not. i guess this is because of my fast metabolism. i love fruits & vegetables, chicken & fish. although i'm not 100% vegetarian, i don't eat pork a lot.. i guess that's just one part of me of being conscious about..

Absolutely not. But I try to avoid fast food and I am very fond of all sorts of home made food.Trying to avoid fast food will be a better idea in this regard.
