would you hire a person with disabilty? if yes ? do you have one in your company?
all person are the same a normal and a disable worker, let us help them. sometimes a disable worker work more than a normal one. but in that matter a disable one could do the lighter one than a normal one. but they are a sincere person. what do you think of that?

of course i would if the role suited a disabled person and they could perform the tasks needed of them or the tasks could be adapted to their needs then absolutl yes
i have no discrimations against disabled people and they have the same rights as an able bodied person
especially here in the UK the governement and employers are oblidged by law to give roles to disabled people and to adapt these roles if nessicary

I am a person with a disability, myself. I would definitely hire someone with a disability if they applied to a job in a business that I might run.
Sadly not many people feel the same, and as soon as they realize I am almost blind and have a hard time walking, they hesitate to hire me. That's why I do my best to may money my own way (on line and doing whatever else I can to earn a buck), to prove to those people that if they don't want to hire me, I don't need them.

oh i'm sorry to hear that. i think everyone is the same, but not all have the same idea about the disable workers. i was watching here a disable band. a consist of group of disable person thats why they call it a disable band, 1 is blind the guitarist, 1 is deaf who handled a mixer of music he looks at the amp meter to know how to handle the sound, 1 with no hand and foot the drummer, they tie the drumstick and tie other at his legs, 1 is the cleffpalet who sing the song, the mute who handle the organ. did you see how disable person can do?

Hmmm well it depends on what disability he/she has. Sometimes being disabled does not mean your really not cable on doing such a good job. Still there is mind to think and can work. And there are work that can suite for them even there are disable the important thing if they can manage as well there job why not help them.

Yes, we do have some disabled here in our office. We really must help them. Its good there are companies employing them. But I noticed, most disabled person ae hard to understand most of the time. They do things that should not be done. As if they are the more knowlegeable. Or maybe thats their way of showing off.

i know most disable are hard to handle, maybe we should give them task that they can do and not to interfere with others. they are only showing off that they can do what an able person can do . but we should give them limits on what they should do and dont!

Yes i would. My brother is handicapped and i take care of him and he has a job shredding paper in the office of the company i work through. I worked at a McDonald's that had a mentally slow person working there.

I agree that are a lot of things they can do. Also when i worked in the high school in town in a special education class, i know some students went to work for a few hours a week to stock shelves at wal-mart and what not to learn a skill.

I would as long as they could do the job and their disability would not keep them from doing the job. people with disabilities should be treated no different than anyone else with the exception of the few things that they physically may not be able to do.

every disable person are no different from other normal person its only they are disable, but they have feelings too like others, so let us treat them the same no discriminating, but why is other country are very discriminating about races, if they are colored person, other races they dont like them, is it different from one another it is just a color.

Yes of course. They are disabled but they still have brains to work on. Even though they have no sets of hands or feet, they can stand, they can move by the use of wheelchair, they can still think and contribute to the community. Do you know much of the disabled people are talented especially on art crafts.I knew someone before and I referred her on a institution for the disable person in our church and now she is already earning.

I think is important to offer the same opportunity to anybody even if the person is disable as long as he can do the job with no problems

yes, i would hire them if they are suitable for the work. if they are not suitable i would not hire them as it would not benefit both parties. i would think that disabled person had gone through much more than a normal person. they face more challenges and obstacles in life and because of these, i would think they are more matured than their counterparts in same age-group. I think they would work harder and put in more efforts than normal person and this is beneficial to a company rather than to have someone normal but with a less committed attitude to work. We should not ostracized them just because of their disability as they are no different from you and me
