To Pick or Not To Pick

I was in the store today when I heard a mother say to a kid "If you are going to pick your nose, at least use a tissue." What do you think of that? Is it okay to pick your nose in public if you used a tissue? I haven't heard that one before. What do you think?
Of course this also reminds me of a saying "You can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose." LOL

For me personally, as a mother of a 2 1/2 year old, I have to pick my battles. When my daughter picks her nose in public (which is all the time) it's about the best thing she does all day long :) Sometimes I'll get her distracted on something else so she'll quit, but usually I've already had so many battles with her that picking her nose is no biggie. Everyone has different styles of parenting though, some are right and some are wrong. I may be wrong, but it's nothing serious so I don't worry about it :)

Oh, those bodily functions! I think it funny that your dad told you to go to your room. I don't think my dad would care much, but my mom would.
