You are lucky getting so much exercise in... do you not worry about over training?
I last exercised about 2 hours ago doing squats in the gym with a few deadlifts. I had a powerlifting class yesterday and just fancied doing a few light exercises today with many reps to get the blood flowing.
Tomorrow I shall be in the gym in the morning for a proper session of squats, deadlifts, BOR's, benches, presses, clean and jerks... well you get the message. All proper lifts and all good and healthy for me.
I un a bit as well and am about to cut away the excess fat I have put on this last two months while bulking up and I will add cardio in on top of my gym work to just ease it down. I obviously will cut down the calories too to be in a deficit.
I love exercising!

before i got pregnant, i used to play badminton at least six times a week...now with my baby waiting for me to come home from work, i've decreased my playing days to three and consider playing with my baby exercise

Wow! It’s really great to have two hours of physical exercise daily. What’s more you have to do more while having the self defense classes. I believe you must have a healthy and fit body as well.
I do having Taiji to keep myself exercise like twenty minutes or so daily in the morning five days a week. I usually would go for jogging about half an hour followed by 15 to 20 minutes bike riding at the neighborhood in the evening daily to keep myself fit.
Having exercise regularly is a good practice to keep our body fit and healthy. Physical exercise could promote our blood circulation and to help us to get rid of part of the waste of our body by perspiration.

I usually walk or ride my bike everyday for 2-3 miles, but I haven't exercised in about 3 days because I'm feeling a little blue and under the weather right now, but I'll be back on the road in a few days. I'm trying to lose a few pounds so I might walk about 5 miles the next time I walk. It just feels so good to the body. I wouldn't miss it for the world.
