What Camera Do You Use?

I presently use a Nikon D40. I own a very small wedding photography business and my partner and I both shoot on Nikon cameras. She shoots on a Nikon D50 and has a broader collection of lenses and such, so together we can shoot a pretty comprehensive array of pictures.
It makes me wonder though. For anyone in the photography business, what type of camera and equipment do you use? Does the camera make a great deal of difference in the quality of pictures you shoot? Let me explain myself...after you reach a certain point, the commercial cameras that are available begin to become more "flash and dance" than anything else, right? I mean, does a $2000.00 camera make enough difference in the quality of images that it's worth the additional investment? I certainly realize that my camera is an entry level camera compared to some of the monsters that are out there...but is it possible to have too much camera?
Look forward to hearing your thoughts on this one.

Wow, a 13 megapixel web camera? That's pretty impressive. Where did you find that at?? I would love to get a good webcam. It would be nice to take pictures directly and post them right onto the internet. Very cool.

I don't consider myself a professional photographer- but I have made money from my pics.. but I too have a Nikon- but mine is a little Coolpix L11 - (I got a coolpix L4 -loved it and it kinda broke down -but I was so impressed with the Nikon over the other digitals I had had- that I swear now I will only buy another Nikon.) They take great pics. And I didn't spend $2000.
