How to cut down the sound from CPU

Hi,
I use to run 3 traffic sites in autosurf mode.While it is surfing I get lot of noise from the CPU.There is a humming sound gets larger and decrease.I want to know whether it will hurt my CPU.Please advise.I have been doing this for 3 months now.

Mainly sounds from Computer are comes from 4 sources.
1. Power supply Fan
2. Processor Fan
3. Casing Fan, and
4. Hard Drive
If you want to reduces the Computer sound, you have to do the following
1. Use a high quality power supply for your computer. Default power supply comes with the casing are not the high quality power supply. It causes the number one reason for the noises.
2. Always clean up the inside of Computer Casing including the Fans.
Your second question:
Yes, it will reduce the life of your Hard drive.

Thank you.The noise comes only when I use the auto surf in traffic site.Otherwise it is silent.
