What are some good couples halloween costumes?

My family is throwing a 50th birthday/halloween costume party for my dad. we are supposed to dress up so I need costume ideas. My husband and I would like to dress up as something together. So hit me with your best ideas for a costume idea that would involve both of us.

wow thanks! you know what is funny? because of a beach towel around the neck thing one summer, my dad actually gave my husband the nickname batman! lol. those costumes would be great, I don't know about the $60 a piece thing though.

I know this is a bit late. Maybe you can save this idea for next year. I found one. It may be a bit racy , but I thought it was cute. The plug and socket! Or a king and queen of hearts. Or maybe something more cartooney. Jane and George Jetson or Popeye and Olive Oil.
