Are there any PTCs which allow to rent referrals except Neobux????

Hey all, just wanted to know that are theree any ptcs except neobux which rent referrals???? I consider renting referrals better than buying referrals.I know only neobux so please give me some names....

In OsoBux, you can rent as many referrals as you want but the minimum much be 5. They charge $0.60 cents for each one. Publicitar1 does something similar but they charge $0.50 for each.

in osobux you can rent 5 referrals for just 3$, but you better hurry, its limited offer..

I have always been sceptical of buying or even renting referrals. Waht happens when they are not active? I guess you just spend the money for nothing. Better I think to source your own referrals, but I am open to be convinced otherwise.
